Bettablue's collaboration with Astra Life represents a unique case study in the insurance industry, where the brand challenges the conventional stereotype of insurance as a safety net during tough times. The brand envisions itself as a trampoline that helps people soar higher and achieve their dreams. With a network of 183 subsidiaries and over 200,000 employees, Astra Life currently serves more than 10 million consumers annually, with a commitment to supporting the nation and its people in their pursuit of success.
Bettablue helped Astra Life to develop a suitable tone of voice and perception for their brand by delving into the company's background story. Given the importance of being approachable in the insurance industry, Astra Life needed a fun and friendly appearance to ensure the easy acceptance of their new insurance concept in the market. To achieve this goal, Bettablue designed a communication strategy that explored numerous methods for increasing Astra Life's voice's visibility and recognizability.
By collaborating closely with Astra Life's vision, Bettablue has developed fun and friendly brand characters that open up new possibilities for the brand to engage with consumers. These characters may be used for purposes other than mascots by being included into Astra Life's online presence. In addition, we have revamped Astra Life's advertising communication, including billboards and brochures, by creating a more engaging and easily understandable concept. The goal is to position Astra Life as an insurance provider that differs from others by demonstrating a deep understanding of its customers' needs and aspirations. Also, Bettablue turned Astra Life's concept into a real-world reality by producing an engaging and inspirational calendar.
